Submission Guidelines

Showcase one specific initiative, project, or model implemented by your institution to improve student success outcomes using digital systems and AI-enabled tools.

The case study must clearly address:

  • The problem or need being addressed (e.g., low retention, lack of tracking, limited intervention systems)
  • The target beneficiaries (student segments and scale)
  • The design and structure of the initiative (tracking systems, support services, engagement platforms, etc.)
  • Key stakeholders involved (student services, academic teams, technology partners, etc.)
  • The implementation approach
  • The role of digital systems and/or AI in enabling tracking, insights, and interventions
  • How the initiative improves student outcomes, progression, or experience
  • Any innovative elements

Applicants must present measurable outcomes, supported by data, including:

  • % of students covered under digital tracking systems
  • % of student services delivered through digital platforms
  • % of students receiving structured career readiness support
  • Improvements in retention and progression rates
  • % of students achieving defined success milestones
  • % of decisions enabled by data-driven systems or AI interventions
  • Nature of transformation and scale of implementation

Submissions should also highlight why the institution deserves recognition, focusing on:

  • Effectiveness of data-driven student success systems
  • Measurable improvement in retention, progression, and outcomes
  • Innovation in use of AI and digital tools
  • Replicability and scalability
  • Long-term institutional value and sustainability

All claims must be supported with relevant documentation such as ERP/LMS/SIS reports, student performance data, advising records, and analytics reports
